Shipping

All matted and loose works on paper will be sent via Australia Post unless another carrier is requested in which case a quote will be obtained. All framed artworks are sent via DHL Express overseas. For some items, we may use a specialised art carrier. For some items in Australia, we may use Australia Post. All in-store pick-up is available during opening hours.

Free Shipping
Worldwide complimentary shipping is applicable to most items. For items that incur a flat shipping charge, this will be added at checkout.

Local Taxes and Customs Charges
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay for any local taxes or customs charges that may be incurred for overseas purchases. GST is included in all listed prices on this website for Australian purchases.

Correct Address
Please make sure the address you send us is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS. Please notify us of any change in address details.

Please Note 
We are unable to ship items to P.O. Boxes. A street address must be supplied before items are dispatched. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full for the artwork/s.

Delivery Times
Notification will be made to you once we have dispatched your item/s. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery within Australia. For international air freight please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Delivery times are dependent on location and carrier. Due to reasons beyond the control of Wright Gallery Fine Art delivery dates may be extended. In the unlikelihood that this will occur Wright Gallery Fine Art will contact you to advise of a new delivery time. Wright Gallery Fine Art reserve the right to change these delivery details at our discretion without notification.
